Does our website get backed up?

With our servers we ensure that there is a backup of your individual cpanel account at least every 48hrs. This can be increased to 24 or 12 hours depending on the need of the site.
If you are using our services for management of the site, we will also take a manual copy of the individual web files to ensure there is a working back up at all times.
